BioAge has developed the technology to realize RF antennas on textile substrates using only textile materials such as conductive fabric and conductive thread. This antenna is one of the most important solution realized for the “energy harvesting” application, the typical application of the new sustainable and low power electronics. The RF antenna realized on fabric can be used to collect RF energy or to transmit data by means of RF frequency typically in this case it is used the RFID 13,56 MHz frequency.
BioAge has developed RFID energy transmitter in order to perform the energy transmission. The RFID transmitter is composed of electronics board, battery and RF transmitter antenna and USB cable used to recharge the battery. The RFID is used to transmit the energy by means of electromagnetic field to the received antenna up to 100 mW of transmission power. This RF transmission is an unique device that can be function with different antenna layout realized on different type of substrate.
