METHODOLOGY

Phases of Electronic Design

Analysis

Feasibility study based on the client's project specifications to determine design complexity.

Board Design

Selection of the best components on the market and design of the circuit schematic, with layout and generation of GERBER files.

Firmware Development

Firmware development for control in parallel with the creation of the circuit schematic.

PCB Fabrication

Creation of the PCB using GERBER files, with drilling, CNC profiling, and via metallization.

Assembly

Mounting of electronic components following the schematic, both THT and SMD.

Testing

Functionality and performance verification through functional and characterization tests.

Production

After testing, production is either handled internally for small batches or outsourced to trusted partners for larger volumes.
